Our venue offers flexible seating arrangements with a maximum capacity of 3500 people. We provide detailed seating charts for various configurations based on what you describe when reaching out to us. The renter is responsible for informing guests of the seating arrangements.

Basic rental includes tables, chairs, basic lighting, sound system, green room access, and parking. Additional amenities like kitchen access, and stage equipment are available for an extra fee.

Yes, we offer complimentary parking for up to 200 vehicles. Additional overflow parking is available nearby, and we can arrange shuttle service for larger events upon request.

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to our detailed cancellation policy available upon booking.

While we have a list of recommended vendors who are familiar with our venue, you're welcome to work with any licensed vendor of your choice. Our events team can provide our preferred vendor list upon request.
